Trilingual in Arabic, English, and French, she navigates international disputes with ease, appearing before major arbitral bodies such as the ICC, ICSID, and LCIA .
Nada is particularly recognized for her ability to handle the full lifecycle of a dispute—from initial ADR strategy to the enforcement and set-aside proceedings in domestic courts. Her technical versatility extends across the MENA region, providing clients with expert opinions on the laws of seven different jurisdictions, including the KSA, UAE, and Iraq .
Educated in both the civil law tradition and international standards, Nada holds a double LL.B. from Université Jean-Moulin Lyon III and Ain Shams University .
