We negotiate and draft hotel management, franchise, and technical services agreements, and advise on joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of hotel assets, and financing.
We also guide clients through tourism licensing and the regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and represent hotel owners and operators in disputes before the Egyptian courts and in arbitration.
